Have you seen this on Sometimes Sweet blog?
I've tried to eat clean before + really enjoyed it. It's amazing what it does to your body. You will have more energy, feel better, your face will glow + you might lose weight. Sounds great right? It's sort of hard to keep up with, but I try to eat healthy for the most part. I just have a major sweet tooth, but there are healthy options for someone who likes dessert. Yesterday, I tried a wasa cracker with almond butter + raspberries. It was so good:
